Venterra has purchased Clearwater Farm Apartments in Louisville, KY
The Venterra portfolio and our Louisville region have grown with the addition of Clearwater Farm Apartments, our third community in the city. A 472-unit garden-style community, Clearwater Farm, was built in 2007 and has a low-density feel with just 13.8 units per acre. Located eight miles south of downtown, the community is within five-minutes of Louisville’s largest employers: UPS Worldport, GE Appliance Park, and Ford Louisville Assembly Plant.
The community was constructed on an old country farm and the nineteenth-century farmhouse on the site has been preserved, now functioning as the apartment community’s leasing office.
We plan to complete interior improvements including the installation of stainless-steel appliances, faux wood plank vinyl flooring in living areas, and lighting and plumbing upgrades. We will also install washers and dryers in the units, an added convenience for residents. Additionally, the amenity package will improve as we add a fitness center to the leasing office, a playground, and an expanded dog park.
