Venterra is on the nice list! Santa made a stop at Raintree apartments in Baytown, Texas and Villa Lago Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas. Children and furry friends were invited to take pictures with Santa and share their Christmas wish list. They also joined us for hot apple cider, cocoa, and some tasty Texas chili. We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and we can’t wait for Santa’s visit next year!

Helping Families Around the World

For the 2012 Holiday Season, Venterra Realty purchased a kid goat through World Concern® for each of our investors, brokers and lenders to help children in Bangladesh, Haiti, Kenya, Myanmar and South Sudan. One full grown goat provides up to a gallon of milk everyday for these families in need as well as a form of income to help children go to school. On Saturday, December 8th Michael Martinez (Salado Springs Maintenance Manager), Michael Garcia (French Place Maintenance Manager) and Sammy Rogue (Signature Ridge Make Ready) all participated in the Gladiator Rock’n Run in San Antonio.
