Venterra’s 2013 Leadership conference was held in Houston, Texas in the beautiful Galleria area February 28th – March 2nd. The conference was a huge success!  It was larger than ever thanks to Venterra’s expanding portfolio.The main purpose of this annual event was to establish, strengthen and cultivate the Leadership within Venterra. At this year’s conference the primary focus was on the following initiatives:
  • 2013 company goals
  • Gain an understanding of the difference between Customer Service and Customer Experience and the role of the Customer Experience Leader
  • Recruiting improvements
  • Get updates from our Accounting/Finance Group, Technology World, Maintenance Department and Acquisitions Department
Venterra’s Regional Managers, Maintenance Managers, Property Managers, and Corporate team were all in attendance. Employees traveled from Canada, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and all over the Lone Star State to be there. Presenters included John Foresi (Chief Executive Officer) , Richard Roos (Chief Operating Officer), Andrew Stewart (Vice President), Bill Allison (Vice President), and Calvin Lee-Young (Vice President).
