At Venterra, sharing your ideas are not only encouraged, but rewarded!
In 2009, Venterra began hosting an annual Better Way Contest to not only make our company better, but deliver a Better Way of Living for our residents. Each year our employees make suggestions on how to we can raise the standard of apartment living through exceptional service.
This year’s Better Way Contest not only involved giving out $6,050 in cash prizes to those that had winning suggestions, but also involved awarding a Grand Prize of $2,000 or a trip for 2 to New York City!
Venterra received 309 suggestions in 2012 and we were pleased to announce Mollie Witt, Assistant Property Manager at Merrywood as our 2012 Grand Prize Better Way Winner at our annual company Kick-Off Party. Congrats Mollie!
