A hearing impaired couple recently came in for a tour of the apartment community and instead of making the tour uncomfortable and uninformative for the prospective residents, she pulled out her iPad and wrote back and forth via the Notepad App.
As the couple left, Kristina even said “thank you” in sign language. The couple enjoyed their visit to the community and it was a successful showing thanks to Kristina’s extra effort and her iPad.
