So, what really happened this year at Venterra’s 4th Annual Leadership Conference? Hosted in Houston’s beautiful City Centre, Venterra’s Property Managers and Maintenance Managers enjoyed 3 days of fun, fellowship, and of course, Leadership training with this year’s focus being on Core Strengthening.

This past May, the Training Department hosted Venterra’s 2nd annual Mentor Workshop in San Antonio. This year the theme was “Make a Difference. Make it Happen.
