Our Employee Experience Manager, Mollie Witt, has been named the winner of the Houston Apartment Association‘s Marketing/Training Director award!

Maintaining a focus on employee training and growth is essential to the success and happiness of our team members, so we’ve got a dedicated team of trainers, mentors, and managers devoted to just that.
As someone who has shared her knowledge and expertise both inside Venterra and outside the organization by leading HAA classes and publishing articles in Abode Magazine, we were excited to find out that Mollie had been nominated for the Marketing/Training Director award at the Houston Apartment Association’s upcoming 2020 Honors Awards ceremony! We watched in on the ceremony virtually, waiting for the big moment to come when the Marketing/Training Director winner was announced, and, when it did, we were even more thrilled to hear Mollie’s name!
