Great Place to Work® Institute is an independent research firm that aims to understand what it is really like to work at a company and what employees really say about their experience. Since 1992, they have surveyed more than 100 million employees around the world. Given the evaluation for the list is based purely on the Employee Survey, it is a true reflection of our employees’ opinions and feelings about working for Venterra and is an amazing testament to the positive work environment, leadership, and values that we’ve strived to create.
This special acknowledgment grants us eligibility for Great Place to Work® Institute’s 100 Best Medium Workplaces List, an elite company recognition we are honored to have received the past four years in a row. The winners will be announced and published by FORTUNE Magazine in October.
