Maintenance Appreciation Week 2019 was a success!

For Maintenance Appreciation Week 2019 we again had a chance to show our maintenance crews how much they mean to us by showing them a little extra love. These individuals are responsible for handling the tough jobs that come along with residential property management such as handling repairs for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, but they also go above and beyond the call of duty every day for our residents through WOW moments like jumping cars, fixing bikes, and assisting with grocery unloading, just to name a few. On top of that, they don’t hesitate to jump into action after hours to address any urgent issues that might have popped up at their community. They’re a HUGE part of the reason every one of our communities have been Top Rated by ApartmentRatings.com and why Venterra customer experience is second-to-none.

Venterra office teams and Experience Leaders across our portfolio had a blast getting creative to spoil their maintenance staff a little more than usual for Maintenance Appreciation Week 2019. Surprises from co-workers and residents included home-cooked meals, desserts, and barbecue, appreciation signs and cards, arcade and laser tag outings, lunches out on the town, mason jars filled with positive resident comments, personalized gifts, and, of course, tons of snacks and drinks!
