This annual award recognizes communities that deliver stellar customer service as evaluated through ApartmentRatings.com’s Recommend Score. Only 5% of all properties listed on ApartmentRatings.com qualified for the award, making this a distinguished accomplishment.
Qualification requires more than ten reviews including at least five in 2018 and a “recommended score” over 70%.
