Our Tampa region has grown with the addition of Citrus Run, A 72-unit garden style apartment community in the Town n’ Country area of Tampa, Florida. Adjacent to the Westshore Business District, the community is in an area just one mile north of sister community, Valencia at Westchase and offers excellent visibility and walkability, located adjacent to a Walgreens and across the street from a Wynn Dixie grocery store. Residents of the community also have several restaurants, a public transit terminal, a large public dog park and the North Tampa Bay Trail system all within easy walking distance.
Built in 2015, Citrus Run consists of three separate three-story buildings, a pool, a dog park, and an elevated boardwalk leading out into a wooded area. The apartments all contain high-end finishes including faux wood plank flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and washers and dryers. We plan on expanding the existing leasing office to add a number of amenities, and the community’s residents can also expect to see improvements to the pool area and the addition of several carports.
