We’re proud to announce that three more Venterra Community Managers have added their names to the list of our Experience Leaders who are Certified Apartment Managers!
Elizabeth Leschander of The Dominion at Woodlands, Kimberly Baker of Bala Woods, and Brenda Grasha of Timber Mill, (pictured from left to right) recently completed the CAM program and now have the designation of Certified Apartment Managers through the National Apartment Association!
Earning the CAM credential is a testament to their skills, knowledge, and abilities to manage their communities. Requiring a minimum of one year of experience in a managerial role in the industry, forty hours of coursework successfully completed, and meeting all exam standards along the way, gaining this recognition is definitely no easy task.
Whether it’s getting CAM certified, going back to school to wrap up a degree, or jumping into another type of learning, we’re all about helping our employees meet and surpass their goals. Our Educational Assistance Program is in place to help make it a reality!
