One of the many great perks that we offer is our Educational Assistance Program… and it just got even better!
The program offers financial assistance for educational expenses when a course directly relates to an employee’s role or enhances their potential for promotion. We want the people on our teams to be the best versions of themselves, so why not make turning dreams into reality as easy as possible? With this goal in mind, now employees can request and receive assistance with education costs before they even get started with a course! How cool is that?
This program is just one of the ways that we follow through on our Employer Promise to “strive to ensure that you have the tools and resources you need to be successful,” and it’s one that many folks on our team have taken advantage of!
Recently our Silverbrooke and Shadowbrooke Community Manager, Adriana Galicia shared how the program helped make a difference in her life.

“It has always been my lifelong dream to go to college and get a degree in Business Management. However, after getting married and having three active children involved in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, that dream appeared to be impossible.
I was excited to learn about Venterra’s Educational Assistance Reimbursement Program that enabled me to help bring down the costs of an online program that I wanted to enroll in. It was the perfect solution to help make my dream come true. The program was a real blessing that helped to relieve some of the financial load of raising a family and going to school at the same time.
I recently completed all of my courses and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.8 GPA! Venterra blessed me by paying for my plane tickets and hotel accommodations to attend my graduation ceremony in Denver, Colorado and receive my diploma. Thank you, Venterra!”
