St. Andrews Apartments has really been on a roll with their promotions! Philip recently moved from his Make Ready Technician role into a Maintenance Technician/Assistant Maintenance Manager position at the community. The community also just saw the promotion of their Porter, Patrick, into a Make Ready position.
We’ve made a Leader Promise to “strive to promote from within,” and Philip’s story is another great example of us making good on our word.
