Venterra has purchased Venue at Hometown Apartments, a 209-unit garden-style community located in northeast Ft. Worth suburb of North Richland Hills, TX!
The community provides excellent walkability to residents, with a large retail plaza anchored by Kroger adjacent to the apartments in addition to retail space located on the ground floor of the two residential buildings. Ground level retail indluced Firehouse Subs, Sunny Street Cafe, and Kepoatra Organic Spa. There are also municipal amenities within walking distance, including the city’s library, recreation center and water park. The elementary school, high school and community college are also within walking distance. Venue is located about 1 mile north of Highway 121, providing excellent access to several major employment areas. Downtown Fort Worth is approximately 10 miles to the southwest, while DFW Airport, headquarters of American Airlines, is approximately 10 miles to the east.
Hometown is a master-planned community within North Richland Hills, and it is the most desirable location for either apartment residents or homeowners in the municipality. The area is serviced by the Birdville Independent School District, one of the most desirable in the Fort Worth area.
We’re looking forward to completing an upgrade program to the majority of the apartments at Venue at Hometown, adding stainless steel appliances, faux wood plank flooring, granite or quartz countertops, and lighting/plumbing fixture upgrades. We’re also going to be making a number of changes to community amenities including renovating the leasing office, clubhouse, fitness center and pool area, as well as adding a dog park.
