Venterra has purchased Tree Park, a 456-unit garden-style community located in Hall County, a suburban Atlanta location approximately 40 miles north of downtown Atlanta. Tree Park is located in Flowery Branch, best known as the “Home of the Atlanta Falcons”.
The area has a burgeoning local economy centered around manufacturing and healthcare jobs. Hall County is an employment destination with excellent connectivity along I-985 and I-85 into the northern Atlanta regions.
Tree Park was built in 2007 on a 38 acre parcel of land surrounded by mature trees. In addition to bringing our intense focus on customer experience to the community, we’re also looking forward to performing apartment upgrades, improving upon the existing amenities, which include a club house, pool, fitness center, walking trail and tennis courts, and plan on the addition of a dog park in the near future.
