Venterra has purchased Coles Crossing Apartments, a 370-unit multi-family community in the northwest Houston suburb of Cypress, TX. A 35 acre community built with the intent of keeping many of the mature trees already on the site, Coles Crossing is a unique, spacious property with lots of open spaces and treed areas. In addition to proximity to 1-290 and the Grand Parkway for easy access to the greater Houston area, the community features a recreational fitness trail and is located within walking distance of two large retail plazas, providing excellent walkability for a suburban location.
Additional community features include a resort-style pool with kids’ splash pad, a fitness center and yoga studio, business center, theatre room, conference room, clubhouse, playground and outdoor picnic areas. In the near future, we are planning to add additional amenities to the community as well as undertaking an upgrade project to the apartment interiors.
