We are excited to announce the launch of our 7th WOW Book – WOW Matters, The Venterra Experience. Since 2009, Venterra employees have been documenting moments of Customer Service Excellence – over 10,000! provided to our residents. We then collect our favorite moments and compile them for the WOW book.
Assembling the book each year is a lot of fun and takes a lot of collaboration and support from our teams. And what makes it so engaging and fun are the endless ways our employees make a difference in the lives of our residents through our WOW program and their fellow employees through our WOW-EE program. These programs are a result of our commitment to excellence that stem from our Customer Service Values & Promises and Employer Promises.
