Venterra has acquired The Palazzo Apartments, a 100-unit condominium/multi-family community located within walking distance of the South Texas Medical Center in San Antonio, TX
Its origins as a condominium development are to credit for it’s beautiful interior amenities including granite counters, custom cabinetry, and high ceilings that reach 14 feet in select homes. Amenities at the community include a pool, fitness center, business center, game room, and controlled access gates. A few positive changes we’re looking to make at the community in the near future include reconfiguring the gates for more convenient access, renovations of the fitness center and pool areas, as well as adding a bark park for the community’s canine residents.
