Our Leader Promise to make time to have fun is a favorite of many of our employees… and for good reason! Not only does having a blast at our communities and offices lead to a much more interesting work environment, but it can also make a huge impact on an individual’s overall effectiveness in their role.
One of our latest initiatives is a prime example of how fun and productivity come together in a beautiful way. This year we are committed to revamping our training to include games! From practicing skills to testing knowledge, we’re looking forward to gamification making us an even better place to work!
