  2. I have a complaint on property Village at Oakleaf Plantation Pwy Need assistance quick it’s about my rent they messed up. Rent due today won’t let us pay according to Tamra we have been talking to her since May about this They say it was a glitch in the system and we still have to pay 5,592.07 1st email,2nd email 3,583.07 was told by the same person 2,009.00 I have left messages on service and portal now can’t pay my rent won’t let me change the amount I refuse to pay a late fee and get evicted let a message to 8/3/24 again Please Help with this problem ASAP. If u can. Thank you

  3. I was trying to pay my as usual with two forms of payment like I’ve been doing since living at Clearwater Farms and now it’s only giving me one payment option. This is very much a problem because one payment is from a debit card and other credit card. When I contacted the office they told me it’s nothing they can do but they want their rent and I want to give it to them. So now because of this issue I was hit with a late fee and $10 a day everyday that it’s not paid. They said to get a money order but the problem with that is…credit cards are not allowed for money orders. Can you please help with this so that they can get their rent and stop charging me daily fees that I don’t have. Thank You
