Each quarter, our communities complete a project to improve their community and then compete for the best “Do It Yourself” award. The entire company has a chance to vote for their favorite projects and the winners receive a team building event! Here are the winners for best curb appeal improvement and best team photo.
The winner for the Curb Appeal category goes to The Landings of Brentwood for their NEW and IMPROVED island area on the property! The before and after pictures below show the huge improvements to the community.
The Best Team Photo award goes to Estancia at Morningstar! They are a BIG DEAL, and based on the votes, everyone else agrees!
