Venterra prides itself on creating unique and wonderful experiences for our Venterra colleagues – a great example of this is our WOW-EE program. Over the years, we have seen amazing stories come out showing the meaningful relationships between team members and their managers. We were privileged able to do a live announcement of our 2022 WOW-EE winner at a recent regional community manager meeting!
There were so many wonderful submissions in 2022, it was difficult for the choosing committee to select a grand prize winner, but the leader who was ultimately selected absolutely embodies the Venterra Employer Promise. As a result, she has a team of consistently high performers and award winners and has enjoyed low turnover at her community. This goes to show that a focus on employee experience and using the tools that Venterra has in place for our leader directly contributes to high-performing and long-lasting team members!
Vanessa was called on during our San Antonio Community Manager meeting to share pro tips about how to make memorable WOW-EE experiences for her team members. Afterward, it was announced that her heartwarming story about going above and beyond to improve a team member’s holiday experience in 2022 and for years to come had resulted in her being named the 2022 WOW-EE Grand Prize Winner, earning her a spot in the elite club of Venterra two-time WOW-EE winners!
