As a previous WOW-EE winner, Diana recently provided our leaders with tips and tricks to making memorable WOW-EE experiences: stay curious about your team members and really get to know them. And, as our first-ever two-time WOW-EE Grand Prize Winner, it’s clear she’s following her own advice!
Diana posted five stories in 2021 and all of them were personalized, meaningful, and great examples of her ability to lead with curiosity. Instead of waiting for a special occasion to WOW-EE her team members, Diana acted in the moment as soon as she found ways to improve their lives.
Her WOW-EE stories from last year included purchasing a Columbia coat and beanie for her Make Ready who she noticed was low on winter-ware, presenting Houston Dynamo tickets to a die-hard fan team member to enjoy a game with loved ones, buying Moody Garden tickets for her Better Living Consultants after overhearing them talk about Spring Break plans with the family, surprising her Maintenance Manager with a mattress topper after hearing about his poor sleep and back pain, and purchasing an air fryer for a team member who mentioned wanting one for healthier eating.
