Whether it’s taking on daily maintenance tasks, listening for ways to go above and beyond for our customers, or jumping into action in the middle of the night to tackle an emergency call, our maintenance teams are responsible for keeping our communities and offices up to the Venterra standard.
Venterra Leaders are always looking to find ways to create WOW moments for all the individuals on their teams, but Maintenance Appreciation Week is set aside each year to create unique and personalized surprises for our talented and hard-working maintenance crews, and this year certainly didn’t disappoint!
Each day of the week we saw new and creative posts highlighting the ways our maintenance teams were getting well-deserved red carpet treatment. This year included countless meals, personalized gifts and goodies, gift cards, surprise time off coupons, team outings, and much more!
