We celebrated National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day and National Pet Month again this year by making adopting even easier for our residents!
One of the perks of being in the people business is that we’re in the business of pets, too. Our communities are home to thousands of adorable furry residents, but there are still tons of amazing animals out there who are waiting to be paired with a pet parent.
With this in mind, all Venterra communities waived pet deposits again for new pets added to our leases from April 20th until National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day on April 30th! To maximize the impact, new and current residents alike could take advantage of the two-week long promotion. As with year’s past, residents were excited to share the faces of our their newly found friends with us!
By the time this year’s National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day event came to an end, we had added 236 pets to homes across the Venterra portfolio!
