During Venterra’s annual Kickoff Parties, our team members enjoy a day of celebrating the start of a new year and the successes of the last by getting together, receiving awards and prizes, hearing from Venterra leaders, and having an all around great time! Kickoff parties are just one example of how we follow through with our Leader Promise of “making the time to have fun and celebrate success,“ and for a second year, we took the event online for virtual celebrations, but we made sure to not miss out on any of the good times that come with the annual tradition!
Teams got in on the festivities from their respective communities watching the live event, celebrating virtually with folks across our portfolio, and partying with their own co-workers. Each community had a chance to get creative by selecting their own theme for the 2022 event, and we saw some great ideas! Themes ranged from Wild Wild West to Pajama Parties and everything in between. Tons of fun surprises, games, food, and goodies were enjoyed during the 2022 Kickoff Party and our regional and portfolio-wide award winners were kept secret until they were announced, leading to some touching surprise moments.
