While social distancing has meant less face-to-face interactions with our residents, as an organization responsible for providing our customers with a necessity of life, staying connected and in touch with one another is more important than ever. We’ve made a number of operational changes as a company, and we’re continuing to adjust to meet employee and resident needs, expand and enhance the ways we communicate, and identify opportunities to bring our teams and communities closer, because, while we might be apart, we’re still #BetterTogether.
As we continue working to find ways to help our residents stay informed about CV-19, we’re excited to share that we’ve recently launched a Venterra COVID-19 resources website, giving residents a way to stay in-the-know regarding important information as it relates to coronavirus. This website provides easy-to-access resources including:
- Latest COVID-19 updates
- Financial assistance
- Foodbank information & locations
- Best practices to cope with stress & anxiety and more
Additionally, we’ve recently launched a Resident Blog that we hope our residents will enjoy! Among other topics, residents can look forward to reading up on CV-19 related items including:
- Tips on working from home
- How to earn extra income during a pandemic
- Ideas for engaging learning websites for children and more
