Venterra has purchased Canton Mill Lofts in Canton, GA

and our Atlanta region have grown with the addition of Canton Mill Lofts in the Atlanta suburb of Canton, GA. A 315-unit adaptive re-use community, Canton Mill Lofts is housed in a converted mill building that dates to the 1920’s and is on the National Register of Historic Places, after functioning as a cotton mill for decades.
In 1999 the property was renovated and converted into apartment homes which now provide residents a high quality of life and amenities. The history of the community offers several unique features to residents, including 20-foot ceilings, concrete floors, exposed beams, exposed brick, and large factory-style windows. The majority of the apartments have been recently upgraded to stainless-steel appliances, designer cabinets, granite or quartz counters, and tile backsplash. We will be replicating these improvements to the remaining apartment homes.
Additionally, Canton Mill Lofts offers a substantial amenity package including a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool, business center, zen garden, and a central courtyard. We plan to add to this amenity package by restoring the outdoor grilling areas, expanding the dog park, and adding a package locker system.
