Venterra has purchased Encore Grand Mission Apartments in Richmond, TX
The Venterra portfolio and our Houston region have grown with the addition of Encore Grand Mission Apartments in the Houston suburb of Richmond, TX. A 240-unit garden-style community, Encore Grand Mission, a community completed in 2017, provides residents with excellent connectivity along Grand Parkway and to nearby employment centers of the Energy Corridor and Westchase. The community includes well-designed landscaping and an impressive amenity package, which we plan to further improve with additional amenities such as package lockers.
The apartment homes feature stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, high-end cabinets, faux wood vinyl plank flooring throughout the living areas in the main floor units, and a washer and dryer. We plan to complete interior improvements including replacing the carpet in living areas of second and third-floor units with faux wood vinyl plank flooring with sound dampening technology and adding a resident technology package in all units. The community will also benefit from Venterra’s proven operational platform and customer experience focus.
