and our Houston region have grown with the addition of Riverbend Apartments, our fifth community located in the Clear Lake area. A 192-unit garden-style community in League City, TX, Riverbend, located just off I-45, the main north/south highway through the Houston area, provides excellent connectivity and access to several major employers including those in the Houston Shipping Channel and Port of Houston and NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, which is 3.5 miles from the community.
The community has an attractive amenity package with a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, business center, playground, and dog park. We’re looking forward to moving forward with exterior renovations and improvements including exterior paint, amenity enhancements, and landscaping additions.
We also plan on performing apartment interior improvements including the installation of stainless steel appliances, granite counters, faux wood vinyl plank flooring, and washers and dryers. The community will additionally benefit from the installation of the Venterra management platform, including our focus on top-rated customer experience.
