Venterra has purchased Northbridge at Millenia Lakes in Orlando, FL!
The Venterra portfolio and our Orlando region have grown with the addition of Northbridge at Millenia Lakes, a community in Orlando, FL. A 607-unit mixed-use community is located near the intersection of Interstate-4 and Florida’s Turnpike. The community features 26,000 square feet of retail space and is within walking distance of Orlando’s premier shopping center, Mall at Millenia, from which the neighborhood gets its name, is adjacent to a large pond known as Millenia Lake, and has direct access to a 3/4 mile walking trail that encircles the pond. Northbridge is also less than three miles from Universal Studios, Lockheed Martin, and provides easy access to locations such as downtown Orlando and Disney.
The community has an expansive amenity package including two pools, two separate fitness centers, two poolside clubhouses, a business center, attached and detached garages, a playground, and a bowling alley. Residents are also able to enjoy a central “reflection pond” inside the community and we’re looking forward to adding a dog park to the community in the near future.
As an additional amenity, 15 separate retail spaces are located on-site. Current retail tenants include Domino’s Pizza, Subway, a convenience store, hair salon, and daycare.
