Venterra has purchased Bradford Mills Lofts in Louisville, KY!
The Venterra portfolio and our Louisville region have grown with the addition of Bradford Mills Lofts, a community in Louisville, KY. A 146-unit adaptive re-use apartment community located in a renovated textile mill dating back over 100 years, the Bradford Mills Lofts buildings are listed in the National Historic Registry, but the property has been fully renovated, preserving architectural details such as hardwood flooring, to create a modern mid-rise apartment community with modern amenities and apartment finishes. Each unit features high ceilings, stainless steel appliances and granite counters with either original hardwood or concrete flooring. The extensive renovations to the community were completed in early 2018.
Bradford Mills is located in Germantown, offering residents convenient access to both downtown Louisville and the city’s Medical District, both approximately two miles to the northwest. The highly walkable neighborhood has experienced extensive investment in new projects and redevelopment in recent years due to its prime location.
The community has a large amenity package that includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park, pool, and courtyard area. We plan to further enhance the amenity package by adding outdoor furniture, a grilling area, and firepit, and will renovate the existing clubroom to provide more use to our residents.
