Venterra Named One of the Best Workplaces for Diversity

We are proud to announce that Venterra has been selected for another Great Place to Work® Institute Award, honoring the Best Workplaces for Diversity in 2018!

Published with FORTUNE, Venterra received this great accolade due to the feedback our employees provided in our 9th Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey, resulting in us becoming “Certified”  by Great Place to Work® Institute and eligible to be a winner of this prestigious award, which comes in addition to our being named a Best Medium Workplace for a third consecutive year.

Great Place to Work® Institute is an independent research firm that aims to understand what it is really like to work at a company and what employees really say about their experience.  For over 25 years they have studied and identified great workplaces around the world.  Published with FORTUNE, the Best Workplaces for Diversity rankings are based on survey feedback representing more than 4.4 million US employees. In addition to the degree of representation in the organization, the ranking was based on the experiences of women, people of color, LGBTQ people, employees who are Boomers or older, and people who have disabilities compared to that of their colleagues with a focus on the trust, pride, and camaraderie experienced in their workplace.  We’re privileged to be recognized alongside other 2018 Best Workplaces for Diversity winners such as USAA and AT&T.

Receiving this award from Great Place to Work® Institute is a great honor and we thank everyone for their engagement and feedback which led to us being named a 2018 Best Workplace for Diversity.  This recognition is a direct result of our leaders understanding the importance of diversity in the workplace and their dedication to developing teams of individuals with varied backgrounds and perspectives.

While we are proud of this achievement, we understand we must be relentless in our commitment to continuous improvement.  We look forward to continuing our dedication to creating a diverse workforce and using our 2018 employee survey feedback and further conversations throughout 2019 to continue to build a better Venterra.
