The Venterra portfolio has expanded into Louisville, KY with our acquisition of The Metropolitan Apartments!
The Metropolitan, a 180-unit garden style community, is located just seven miles southeast of downtown Louisville and is within walking distance of numerous retail outlets, restaurants, and a grocery store. Additionally, the community is centrally located to major employment districts such as the Louisville International Airport (site of UPS Worldport,) two major Ford assembly plants, GE Appliances, downtown Louisville, and the University of Louisville. Apartment homes within the community feature open concept floorplans, stainless steel appliances, hard surfaced counters, and faux wood vinyl flooring.
