Venterra has purchased Villas Continental in Orange Park, FL!
Our Jacksonville region has grown with the addition of 84 units at Villas Continental, a community in the Orange Park suburb of Jacksonville, FL.
Villas Continental, a 100-unit community in total, is located just three miles away from sister property, Cobblestone at Eagle Harbor and has a fantastic waterfront location on the St. Johns River. Approximately 600 feet of shoreline provide many homes with incredible views of the water. While waterfront communities are rare in the Jacksonville area, Villas Continental also provides access to the river via a boat launch, which is an even more rare amenity for residents.
We’re looking forward to performing a number of physical renovations to the community and implementing our award-winning management platform and intense focus on customer experience. In addition, we will ensure a seamless integration of the apartment management with management of the community’s condominium association, providing improved customer service to both apartment residents and condominium owners.
