Creating a WOW Moment for a resident is one of the best parts of working for Venterra Realty. Every day, we have the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life. We are grateful for all the WOW Moments created over 2017 and one in particular stood out among the rest! That’s why we decided to name Villas at Newnan Crossing Community Manager, Tonya Dix, our 2017 WOW Grand Prize Winner and present her with a $2000 check at our annual Kickoff and awards ceremony this year!
Our 2017 WOW Grand Prize Winner, Tonya, blew us away with the following incredible WOW story:
“Tonya Dix hosted a surprise dinner party for Ms. Marcia which included her closest friends and family – some were from out of state. Tonya was determined to make this a special evening that Ms. Marcia would never forget.
She converted the leasing office into an elegant dining room with candles, dimmed lighting, flowers, tablecloths and food. The ambiance was wonderful and included music of her generation (40’s, 50’s and 60’s) playing in the background. Mr. Marcia felt overwhelmed by the surprise and immediately sat down. Ms. Marcia’s parting words as she exited from the leasing office were, “I don’t want to leave. I don’t want this night to end. This was the best day ever!”
Tonya saw an opportunity to create a moment that would be a lasting memory not only for Ms. Marcia, but for her friends and family as well. The act of bringing loved ones together to catch up, to reminisce, and to show appreciation, will never be forgotten.”
