We’ve got new Experience Leaders!
At Venterra, we recognize the need to create one positive moment after another doesn’t just end with our current and future residents but extends to our teams as well. Our managers carry the responsibility of ensuring the best possible experiences for each individual working under them. This duty makes them more than just Managers; it makes them Experience Leaders, and we think Experience Leaders deserve to be recognized.
Congratulations goes out to Andrew Anthon, who was promoted into the role of Community Manager at Bala Woods Apartments! Hailing from Southern California, Andrew is into all things Disney and logged more than 100 visits to the park before making a move in 2006!
And a big “welcome!” our new Employee Learning & Development Manager, Jen Williford! Jen is an avid A&M tailgater (as you can see!,) and loves spending her time with her family and traveling!
