Venterra has purchased CoHo Apartments, a 128-unit community located in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia!
CoHo (short for “Colonial Homes”) is a garden-style community of two and three story buildings. Uniquely, all apartment homes have ground floor, entry, providing residents easy acces to the outdoors and nearby recreational amenities, making it a sought-after building style for many, especially residents with pets.
CoHo is in a central location within four miles of three of Atlanta’s major employment hubs – the financial district in Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown. In addition, it is within walking distance of the Piedmont Hospital and the iconic Peachtree Road (the main north/south thoroughfare in Atlanta,) and residents benefit from direct access to the Beltline Northside Trail. The trail is in the process of being extended to encircle the adjacent Bobby Jones Golf Course, and will also connect CoHo residents directly to the nearby 199-acre Memorial Park.
