At Venterra, we recognize the need to create one positive moment after another doesn’t just end with our current and future residents but extends to our teams as well. Our managers carry the responsibility of ensuring the best possible experiences for each individual working under them. This duty makes them more than just Managers; it makes them Experience Leaders, and we think Experience Leaders deserve to be recognized.
A big welcome goes out to Allison Kolowich, our new Community Manager at Monticello Oaks, who’s all about spending time in the water, in the mountains, traveling, eating seafood, and with her dogs who (as you can see) love water almost as much as she does!
And to Harry Smith, who has joined the Venterra team as Service Manager at ilume Park! Harry, who loves our residents and pets because “he’s never met a stranger,” loves spending his free time with his wife, Kathy, cooking and checking out local events!
