We are honored to once again be recognized as a Houston Chronicle Top Workplace! This is the second year in a row that the Houston Region has won this achievement. We’re excited to announce that Venterra placed #8 for all mid-size businesses in the Greater Houston Area (an improvement from #26 in 2015!). This recognition was based solely on employee surveys and was conducted by the independent research group, Workplace Dynamics.
In addition to this amazing recognition, Venterra was also recognized for one of Workplace Dynamic’s Special Awards, the “Doers Award”. Venterra ranked #1 in Houston as it related to the statement, “At this company, we do things efficiently and well.” Given our commitment to innovation and finding a “Better Way” over the years, this has special meaning.
The nature of the feedback makes these achievements a true reflection of our employees’ opinions and feelings about working for Venterra and is an amazing testament to the positive work environment, leadership & values that we’ve created. Receiving these accolades from The Houston Chronicle is an honor for us as an organization & we thank everyone in the Houston Region who shared their feedback. We also want to thank our leaders.
