o announce that our very own Georgia/North Carolina Regional Maintenance Manager, Tosh Milligan, was a recent recipient
of a prestigious S.T.A.R. award from the Atlanta Apartment Association, one of the largest local apartment associations in the country!
The Shine to Achieve Recognition (S.T.A.R.) awards honor local multi-family professionals who go above and beyond to support both their companies, communities and the multifamily industry. The S.T.A.R. awards honor AAA member organization employees who are consistently the best at what they do.
Tosh took home the Exceptional Service Manager award after being nominated for the honor due to his never-ending pursuit of excellence in his day to day duties and for the continual support he provides to his team and fellow managers. Only one award is presented each year, so this is quite an accomplishment.
Tosh was nominated by his peers for this prestigious award and chosen out of the many AAA received. We’re honored to have had another Venterra employee become a S.T.A.R. recipient having had Lauren Moseley take home the Exceptional Site Team Member award last year.
Tosh’s genuine care for those inside and outside our organization is what being a Venterra Experience Leader is all about, so we couldn’t be more proud of his achievement! Way to go, Tosh!
