Every year ApartmentRatings.com publishes their list of the top properties across the Nation as ranked by the general public’s reviews, and the 2015 Apartment Ratings Top Rated Award Winners have now been announced! In order to qualify, properties had to meet the following criteria:
- Recommend Score – 70% or higher (In years past, Apartment Ratings has had the Recommended Score criteria be 60% or higher.)
- Total # of Reviews – 10 or higher
- # of 2015 Reviews – 5 or more
