Leasing Consultants Setting Records in Q1

We had two Leasing Consultants achieve an amazing feat in the first quarter 2016. Out of 88 Leasing Consultants in the company, two leased over $300,000 in rental revenue AND achieved 100% on their resident/prospect surveys in the first quarter!

Congrats to: 

 Michelle LaCombe cropMichelle Lacombe at The Dominion in The Woodlands, TX. Michelle signed 24 leases in the first quarter securing $381,877 in rental revenue!

Jose Mascorieto at Carrington at Park Lakes in Humble, TX. Jose signed 20 leases in the first quarter securing $312,109 in rental revenue!

Congratulations to Michelle and Jose for an amazing Job in the first quarter of 2016! They are both on a great pace to achieve the Million Dollar Club at the end of the year. We are very thankful for their efforts and appreciate your hard work. As a token of our appreciation, they both received a $300 bonus on their paychecks!
