In spot #26 of 50 in the mid-size company category, we’re one of only 150 companies total in the Houston Area to receive this recognition which was based solely on employee surveys and is conducted according to WorkplaceDynamics’ rating criteria.
Given the evaluation for the list is based purely on an employee survey, it is a true reflection of our employees’ opinions and feelings about working for our organization and is an amazing testament to the positive work environment, leadership & values that we’ve created. In addition to this amazing recognition, the feedback that our teams gave during the survey process also resulted in us taking home one of WorkplaceDynamic’s “Special Awards” for our efforts in encouraging employees to create new ideas to improve the company.
