Like so many Venterra employees, I’ve also had a successful career path with the company since starting in 2010 in San Antonio. After a year and a half as a Leasing Professional, I was promoted to Regional Leasing Manager for the greater Dallas area and Tennessee in 2012 where I focused on training and hiring our newest Leasing Professionals. In April of 2014 I was promoted to Recruiting/Brand Specialist and now work closely with potential and future candidates looking to join our Venterra teams. In this video, I had a chance to share my thoughts on what it’s like working for Venterra and a few of my favorite things.
