Better Living was designed to encourage Venterra employees to take steps in their personal lives to be happier and healthier. Our employees are asking themselves “How can I live better?” Whether it’s living better through fitness, eating better, learning something new or spending time with family, the answer to this question will be different for everyone. That is the beauty of Better Living….You decide what living better means to you and you decide what you can achieve!
Our team members participate in the program by committing to their goals on our Better Living site. From here they can track their progress, support others on their journeys to success, and celebrate milestones along the way!
To get everyone excited about Better Living, participating employees will be eligible for cash winnings of $15,000 throughout the year including a $2,000 grand prize winner – just for living better!
