One of the great attributes about our teams is the care and concern that is shown to our residents and those within our neighboring communities. Recently our team at Merrywood Apartments extended a helping hand to their local firefighters in Katy, TX.
A fire consumed four of Katy’s local firefighters, two of whom were from the Fire Station closest to Merrywood Apartments. The Merrywood staff heard of the tragedy and wanted to help. In honor of the recent firefighters who lost their lives, the Merrywood staff delivered hot breakfast to the fire station the morning after the tragedy. Grateful, the firefighters lined up, saluted, and expressed their heartfelt thanks to the Merrywood staff.
