I’ve been a part of the Mentor Program for about five years now and it’s great to see how much it’s grown. We know that getting off on the right foot is imperative to realizing success early on so the updates we’ve made to our program really are great. My favorite part is that we’re now able to train remotely if needed. This option gives us the flexibility we need to go at the pace that best suits our new teammate. It also allows us to take more time talking about the Venterra culture and what it really means to work here.
Of course, as a member of the Training Department, I’m a little biased…so here is some feedback from one of our great Property Manager Mentors and one of our newest teammates.
“As a Venterra Mentor I enjoy working closely with our new Property Managers and giving them the tools necessary to jump right in at their properties. Because we’re so innovative and resident focused, we get that everything cannot be learned in the first couple of days. With that, what I enjoy even more is the time that I get to spend following up and checking in throughout the employee’s first several months. Looking back and seeing Property Managers that I have mentored receiving our coveted “Of The Year” awards is the icing on the cake!”
~Lauren Brooks, Senior Property Manager, Providence of Northlake
“The attention and support that I have received during and after training has been exceptional. I feel like I am being set up for success and know that I am a part of a great team. I look forward to a long future with Venterra.”
~Micha Verlander, Property Manager, Calais Park
Hi there just wanted to give you a quick heads up.
The words in your post seem to be running off the screen in Ie.
I’m not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with browser compatibility but I
thought I’d post to let you know. The layout look great though!
Hope you get the issue resolved soon. Many thanks
