Through the Eyes of a New Employee

When Venterra acquired Carrington at Park Lakes in March, we were also lucky enough to acquire De’Aundra Nash, an amazing employee, in the process! De’Aundra was the Leasing Professional at Carrington at Park Lakes at the time of the Venterra takeover when her skills and knowledge were put to the test. She went on to impress everyone around her and in April, she was promoted to the Assistant Property Manager where she is now rockin’ and rollin’ in the Venterra Way!

I really wanted to know De’Aundra’s thoughts on not only working each day in a new position, but also working for a new company. She graciously accepted the opportunity to freely discuss her new found love for Venterra and as you will see, De’Aundra’s excitement for Venterra is exciting and contagious!

In her own words, De’Aundra says: I am very happy that I decided to stay with Venterra Realty and I wouldn’t have it any other way. From day one I noticed that Venterra is unlike any other company that I have ever worked for. They truly have the best interest at heart for their staff and most importantly their residents. Venterra gives their employees freedom of expression, and that’s very important for artistic butterflies such as me. What I admire most would have to be the community service involvement with Susan G. Komen because this issue touches very close to home.  Another of my favorites would have to be the WOW program, because it reassures all employees that no good deed goes unnoticed. I really appreciate the opportunity that Venterra has provided me, and I look forward to more growth with the company.”

I couldn’t agree more with De’Aundra’s description of Venterra Realty. It truly is an amazing organization to be a part of each and every day. Outside of her career, her free time is consumed with her love for design in fashion and interior areas. Congratulations to De’Aundra on her new, deserving promotion and WELCOME TO VENTERRA!
